Delicious food. Very clean. Chicken cutlets are absolutely phenomenal. I don’t eat mac and cheese anywhere else but when I come to this deli I always get some and it is amazing as well. Can’t say good enough things about this place.

Great deli. We had them cater an office luncheon and everything was delicious with a beautiful presentation. We ordered 5 heroes that they cut into 4’s and served on a platter. They delivered to us at Stony Brook University and were perfectly on time. Everyone enjoyed the food. Will definitely be going back.

I love Pumpernickels’! The food is always fresh, creative sandwiches on a variety of homemade bread. The staff is very polite and friendly, as if they really want to earn your business. They work hard to make their store warm and welcoming. I pass by two other deli’s’ that are closer to my house, to get to Pumpernickel’s. Excellent tuna salad on rye!

This is THE spot! I do work at the University near by and the highlight of the trip is always the food here! This place is always clean and the staff are so friendly! Portions are huge and the price is unbeatable! I wouldn't know what to do without being able to go grab a sandwich here when I'm in town! Alot of days I eat there twice a day! Everything is fresh and top quality. I cannot say enough good things about the place!
